Mondo Grass (Ophiopogon japonicas), sometimes called Monkey Grass, is a smaller, dwarfed, cousin of the Liriopes (Lily Turf). It bears dark green, evergreen blades and in the early summer produces small white flower spikes which will give way to blue berries in autumn.
