The Dracaena Lemon Lime is most commonly admired as an indoor potted plant. Tropical in nature this plant flourishes in partially shaded areas. Its long, slender leaves show off its variegated striped colors of yellow, dark green, green and cream. As the rosette shaped plant grows the middle stalk can become a brow tree-like stalk helping the plant to become taller. The Lemon Lime can be as tall as 7 feet with its leaves reaching as far as 2 feet. Indoors this plant may not bloom; when it does bloom a long branchy stalk grows from the rosette that produces small white flowers along each small branch. The Lemon Lime like well-drained soil and does not require a lot of maintenance to flourish.
